At VITREA, quality isn’t a promise – it is a daily practice. Our four rehab centers in Switzerland – Zihlschlacht, Dussnang, Seewis und Tschugg – work according to clear standards, are subject to regular internal and external checks, and continually develop further. Certificates and quality labels awarded to our rehabilitation clinics
All clinics are ISO 9001:2015 certified. All clinics are also members of CIRRNETT (Critical Incident Reporting and Reacting NETwork) and thus contribute to the cross-organizational assessment of patient risks. In addition, all VITREA rehab clinics participate in the annual ANQ (Center for Quality Measurement in Hospitals and Clinics) patient satisfaction survey.
