Are you looking for an independent medical second opinion, to discuss your diagnosis, or to clarify whether a rehabilitation stay makes sense for you? We offer you the opportunity of a personal medical consultation by video call.
The online medical consultation lasts around 45 minutes. For the first 30 minutes, you will discuss your medical issues and health status with one of our specialist doctors. Then you will speak to our International Office for 15 minutes – about all the organizational and non-medical matters. The consultation costs CHF 300 and is to be paid in advance.
Is an online medical consultation right for me?
Examples of concerns and topics discussed in an online medical consultation:
- You would like a second opinion on your diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
- You need an assessment of whether inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation would be suitable for you.
- You would like a medical assessment prior to admission to our rehab center.
- You prefer a personal touch when discussing important medical questions regarding your rehabilitation.
How it works
We select an appointment time and date
Together we will determine which of our specialist doctors is most suitable for you and organize a suitable appointment.
Settlement of fees
There is a set fee for the online consultation. The fee of CHF 300 needs to be paid prior to the appointment. If you then go on to book a retreat with us, the consultation fee will be refunded to your account. For an additional fee of CHF 100, we can provide a consultation report in German or English.
Video consultation
Discuss your questions and concerns with our doctors in the comfort of your home. Please note: Although our doctors are extremely competent and assess your documents thoroughly, an online consultation does not replace an in-person examination. However, it can help to assess your situation, to find answers to your questions, and to plan the most appropriate next steps.

- Report from the online consultation: available for an additional fee of CHF 100.

How to prepare for your online appointment
Gather your documents together
Before the appointment, send us all your medical reports, medication list including dosage, and X-Ray and MRI imaging.
Make yourself comfortable
Find a quiet room with internet and make sure that your camera and microphone are working.
