We know how important it is to have relatives close by for the recovery process. That’s why we actively include them in the rehabilitation.
Family members or visitors can stay in the patient’s room free of charge. If they are staying long and want more space, we would happily negotiate with suitable studios and hotels near to the clinic. Our International Office takes care of all the details.

Your stay and daily routine at our rehab center
Our rehab retreats follow a clear structure but have a customized daily routine. From the initial examination to the daily treatment plan and discharge, we ensure that you and your family receive the best possible care.
An overview of the most important steps:
Admission and goal setting:
After your admission examination we determine your personal rehab goals with you and your relatives and produce an individual therapy plan based on that. This is checked weekly and adapted according to your progress.
Interdisciplinary cooperation
Our specialist team of doctors, therapists, and nursing staff work closely together to support you to reach your goals, step by step. In this way, your individual needs are also in focus.
Therapies during the week
Monday to Friday you usually have 4 to 6 treatments per day. On Saturday, you will likely have 2 to 3, depending on your health status.
Medical care
An English-speaking specialist doctor is on site for you, complemented by weekly visits from the Medical Director. You also benefit from seamless 24-hour medical care.
Nursing care
Specially trained nursing staff are there for you round the clock. Once a week, the senior nurse conducts an additional visit to optimize the coordination of nursing care.
Preparation for discharge
We start to prepare for discharge with you during your stay. This includes organizing your return journey, provision of ongoing therapy in your home country, as well as issuing any necessary medical documents – such as customs declaration for medicines.
